Moroccan Princess

It is official, Morocco is beautiful. Having recently spent a very pleasurable week in the Middle Eastern wonder, I could not sing the country nor my holiday's praises any higher. Visually, Morocco is everything I expected it to be and did not disappoint in the style stakes.I love the continuity of the aesthetic which can be found from the most lavish of restaurants to the smallest of hotels hidden away in the center of Marrakesh Djamma El Fna. Morocco is engrossed in the most amazing hand made mosaic star designs and most colour rich reflective stained glass. I also fell for the in door fountain novalty found in most restaurants in Morocco with the soothing sound of running water often adorned with blusing rose petals. Not to mention the most gorgeous silver Moroccan tea sets. Below is an array of things that inspired me on my break.
The fashion style I adopted for the trip was a mix of colourful evening pieces including a burnt Moroccan red, sunburst orange and ocean teal. I decorated my bronzed skin with luscious gold accessories in the evening with nude heels and wedges. When venturing into the hussle and bussle of Marrakesh I wisely opted for conservative maxi skirts and varying my hair from an oversized bun to a long flowing platt as to not encourage any unwanted attention. All that is left to be said is that Moroccan style from the decor to the gardens to the water features are unrivaled. Both dressing for Morocco and playing in Morocco were brilliant fun. Pencil yourself in a trip as soon as possible.
